Limited Warranty
Xpece LLC warrants the Xpece ONE drone against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Xpece LLC or an authorized dealer.
What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in the drone body, motors, camera, and internal components.

Failures caused by standard use according to the product’s intended purpose and within the operating guidelines outlined in the user manual.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, scratches, or scuffs).

How to File a Warranty Claim

Additional Benefits

30-Day Warranty on Repairs: If your drone is repaired under warranty, the repaired components are covered for an additional 30 days from the date of service.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Warranty coverage is void if the product is used in a manner contrary to the guidelines set forth in the user manual or if unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed.
