Xpece Shipping and Returns

Shipping times and rules:
  • Xpece's main shipping facilities are located in South Florida and all orders are shipped within 24 hours after order is placed. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday.
  • Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Texas get free NEXT DAY shipping via UPS.
  • 97% of orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern Time are shipped the same day.
  • We ship via FedEx or UPS. Days are counted in business days.
  • All orders of $499 are shipped free and take 1 to 3 days to arrive at your door.
  • Stand alone batteries are shipped via ground. Not air shipment for batteries is allowed.
  • Next day orders are in Business Days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  XPECE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT TAXES AND VAT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL TAX/VAT RULES.

 

EXEPTION FOR SHIPPING RULES:

Shipping times have a money back guarantee, except when Fedex, UPS or USPS  announce an extraordinary weather event or other natural disaster and they suspend their delivery guarantee. Example of extraordinary events are: Hurricanes, snow storms, earthquakes, terrorism etc.

Returns

Xpece offers a money back guarantee. If you don't like it, return it for a full refund, minus the shipping fee.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 
Before you can return an item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing Fish@Xpece.com before shipping merchandise back to us.
In your email, you must include the following:
  • Order number
  • Which item you are returning (if the order included multiple items)
  • Reason for the return

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked within our 15 day policy (from delivery date). Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund and a 15% restocking fee might apply, depending on the reasons for the return.
 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging.
