Does your drone have any issues with “fly always”? Are there any avoidance sensors?

XPECE Drone does not have obstacle avoidance because it's a waterproof drone and those sensors have not been made for water.

Does the drone return to the controller even if it has moved position? Does it track the controller?

No, it will return to where it took off. It doesn't track the controller.

Does changing your own payload release void warranty?

No it does not. Only if they open the drone, changing the payload is not opening the drone.

My controller doesn't have a video screen.

Double check what drone model it it. BARE model doesn't have a camera so the controller doesn't have a screen.

How much charge do they drone batteries have when the drone is brand new?

About 30% to 40% charge.

Can i install a camera on a BARE drone?

NO. The electronics inside the drone are not built for a camera.

The remote control make a screeching sound when I turn the remote on

That's normal that the remote is making that noise. That is the battery sending power to the speaker.

Received the drone in the United Kingdom. How should I charge the batteries over here? We have 240v 3 pin wall sockets. Do I need a transformer to convert 240v for the Xpece 110v charger unit?

No transformer is needed. You only need the correct UK 3-pin plug lead or a properly fused plug adapter.

Where do I locate the serial number to register the drone on the FAA website?

It’s located inside the drone where you put the battery, it called FAA number.

Return To Home ( RTH ) Functions and how it works.

When you press Return to Home, your Xpece drone first flies up to a safe height. Then it flies back to the place where it took off. Once it gets there, it slowly comes down and lands by itself.

Important: If you touch the joysticks or press any button on the remote while it's coming back, the Return to Home will stop. The drone will stay in the air and hover where you canceled it until you fly it again or give it another command.

⚠️ WARNING: Always release the bait before activating Return to Home. If the bait is still attached, the fishing line can become tangled in the drone's motors, which may cause the drone to crash.

The remote control screen is distorted and very unclear and have tried every channel

Check if the antenna are postioned correctly as per the manual. If it doesnt work, try pressing the video button to improve. If still issue pesist, reach out to customer support for assistance.

The batteries do not appear to charge up past what they came with in the box and the green light on the charging box remains on throughout.

Please make sure that the battery is ON when you charge. It won't charge if the battery is OFF.

When connecting the charger to batteries the light stays green and doesn't go to red to show charging

Check if the battery is turn on in order to charge it. It will not charge if the battery if off.

Controller isn’t turning on, it just makes a radio sound and doesn’t light up.

Try giving the controller a full charge first, then short-press the power button once and press and hold it until it vibrates and the battery lights come on
